Our 24,000 acres of century old live oak hammocks, oak flats, South Georgia quail woods, mixed pine/hardwood stands, and an extensive network of wildlife food plots are intensively managed for wild turkey and white-tailed deer. The result is an abundant turkey population that offers our guests exciting hunting spring after spring.
Turkey hunting at Cabin Bluff is more than a turkey hunt. It is an experience. It is an opportunity to match wits with a love sick ole’ Tom at sunrise in a sprawling live oak hammock draped with Spanish moss – the same live oak hammock President Calvin Coolidge and other distinguished sportsmen spent mornings chasing gobblers some 80 years ago. Our Turkey Hunt packages are based on a three night stay, with two hunters sharing a room and incudes the following:
