Part-time Second Cook:
We currently have an opening for a part-time second cook, assisting in the kitchen for meal preparation. This position is generally 24 hours a week, but may be more or less, depending on guest occupancy. The individual in this role will be primarily assigned to prepare the breakfast and lunch meals, although flexibility in hours and schedule are required. Responsibilities include assisting in preparing items specified on menus and maintaining equipment in a professional manner. This position is accountable for guest satisfaction by ensuring Cabin Bluff's food standards are met and has the responsibility to address guest concerns in a timely and efficient manner. He or she must uphold appropriate departmental standards of quality and timing.
