Cabin Bluff is a unique environment, with a team dedicated to delivering an amazing and memorable stay for our guests. Come be a part of it! As Chef de Cuisine, you will act as lead worker in the kitchen for scratch-cooking meal preparation and provide day-to-day operational coordination for the shift food and beverage service staff at Cabin Bluff. We want you to address guest concerns with a "make it happen" attitude. Flexibility in hours and schedule are required, including working weekends. Culinary training is strongly desired. A minimum of five years of culinary experience cooking from scratch in a professional kitchen such as a hotel, resort or quality restaurant required. Must be able to read and communicate effectively in English. ServSafe certification preferred.

Guest Services Assistant (req2567):

The primary role of this position is to assist the Guest Services Manager with maintaining, managing, and staffing the Outfitters Shop. Other duties may include assisting with housekeeping duties, interior decor/design of guest facilities, managing utilities such as telephone and satellite TV systems, and ordering housekeeping supplies. High school diploma or equivalent desired; two years of experience working in high end retail sales required; must have valid driver's license. Must be able to read and communicate effectively in English.

Cabin Bluff is a unique environment, dedicated to delivering a memorable stay for our guests. Are you the person to fill this role? As a Cook, you'll assist in the kitchen for meal preparation. You will be responsible for working cohesively as a member of the line staff to help prepare items specified on menus and maintain equipment in a professional manner. Our team members are accountable for guest satisfaction by ensuring Cabin Bluff's food standards are met, and addressing guest concerns in a timely and efficient manner. Flexibility in hours and schedule are required. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; additional culinary training strongly desired. A minimum of one year of culinary experience cooking from scratch in a professional kitchen such as a hotel, resort or quality restaurant is required. ServSafe certification preferred. Must be able to read and communicate effectively in English and to courteously present information in one-on-one and in group situations.
